This simple pattern is one of my absolute faves for teaching an easy introduction to Esoteric Acupuncture Meditation. Called Integration Synthesis Pattern it is a lovely sequence that connects the Crown to your Heart & to the energy in your palms as well as strengthening your spiritual Higher Heart.

The 4 points are : Tian Man ~ Esoteric Acupuncture Crown Chakra activation point.

Láo Gōng ~ Pericardium 8 / Fire point pericardium meridian (R then L)

Yuan Jian ~ Ren 17 / 'The Source' - in TCM more commonly called Dàn Zhōng - chest centre

Pericardium 6 Néi Guān is proximal to your wrist crease, Pericardium 8 Láo Gōng is the point we are working with here 👆🏼
